Now, I am not one for pho. Most of my family is obsessed, but what I love about Vietnamese cuisine is that there is so much more to choose from. I only wish I was able to go to New Star Viet Bistro when my uncle and aunt went!

Price-wise, it’s your typical sit-down restaurant. Not too expensive, but definitely enough to where you won’t be able to get a ton of items no matter how much you may want to. Unless you’re balling like that, hahahahaha.

From what I’ve seen, the inside was clean, sleek, and the smell alone filled the whole restaurant, making mouths water! The big windows bring in such lovely natural lighting, plus there is plenty of room, whether it’s for a big party, a date night, or you’re feeling like a party of one saving all the tasty food just for you!

One of my favorite things about the food is the variety! From vegan, to vegetarian, to of course meat options, you don’t have to worry about the lack of flavors!

Spring Rolls
My aunt and uncle ordered the shrimp spring rolls with a peanut sauce that was beyond fresh and yummy!

Pho
Even though I am not a fan of pho, they said, “It was so good and hit the spot.” Their pho had meatballs, brisket, and more. Presentation-wise, it looked really good and had me second-guessing whether I should try pho again!
