Big Cork’s: Where Elegance Meets Flavor!

I think one of my favorite date ideas is to visit wineries, whether it’s with my partner or my gal pals! It was absolutely stunning, and though we didn’t get any wine (though I have heard great things about it), we had a great time eating well and taking in the sights! Big Cork’s is definitely one place you’ll want to visit!

I LOVEEEEEEE white interior, wooden and/or greenery decor, and windows. I find it bright, inviting, warm, overall amazing, and that’s exactly what I got! Plus, the view and the grapevines, oh, what fun we had just taking in the atmosphere alone!

Okay, my fellow wineiteers, now for the moment of truth!

For this, we made our own from the fridge options, and the thing I love about charcuterie boards is that yes, they are customizable, but it also has something for everyone. My veggie or meat eaters can enjoy a meal together; it’s my fiancé’s and my go-to for wineries or for at home!

Did I mention they will warm your bread and make it fresh for you! My uncle smothered his slice with butter and was very pleased! I thought it was delicious on its own! Nice and soft!

This was my uncle’s pizza choice, and he was happy it was packed with pepperonis! He drizzled hot honey on this, which brought another great flavor and paired very well! 

Overall, he found the pizza to be light and fluffy, with really good flavor all the way down to the sauce!

Y’all, this one right here was soooooooo goooooooood! Oh my lanta! It was giving margherita pizza, minus the balsamic drizzle, which I think would have made it perfect! It was airy, had a bready crust that I loved, but wasn’t overly filling! 10/10, for sure! 

Another great idea would be if it had a pesto sauce instead of marinara, just a suggestion!

Nightingale Ice Cream (Cookie Monster)
What meal is complete without dessert! I was stuffed to the max, but don’t think I couldn’t make room for a taste of ice cream! My uncle opted for the cookie monster flavor ice cream, which was made with chocolate chip cookies and cookie crumbs infused in vanilla ice cream!

In case you are unfamiliar with Nightingale Ice Cream, they make these delicious ice cream sandwiches! They have a ton of options, so be sure to check those out!

Just proves to show that you don’t have to drink to have a good time! If you aren’t much of a drinker, don’t sleep on this place! As long as there’s good food and good company, you can enjoy even the simplest of ideas!
