BKD Bagels: Ooouuu Baby, so, so, so GOOD!

I can’t not express how much I am obsessed with BKD Bagels! One of my closest friends works there, so she would always bring me and my aunt something back, and thank gosh for her!

Okay, so hear me out, yes, they are a bit pricey for a baked good, BUT they are massive portions, bomb flavors, and very inclusive for my gluten-free guys and girlies!

I love the cozy cottage aesthetic it serves on the outside, and it is super cute on the inside… but I will always speak the truth for y’all. It can get crammed real quick, and one time my friend and I went to pick up something she left on her shift, and the whole building was like a furnace! No central air, just open doors and lots of bodies!

The staff are super welcoming and funny, though, and they were super patient with me when I couldn’t figure out what I wanted because there were so many things to choose from! They have upper-level seating as well as outdoor seating!

MUFFINS, MUFFINS, MUFFINS!!!! Bagels too, hehehehehe.

Chocolate Chip
This is just an example of how MASSIVE these muffins are! I have tried dang near every flavor of both muffin and bagel! Like I said, I am obsessed! You cannot beat their diverse menu or the freshness of every item! By far one of my favorite bakeries!

Clubhouse (on a spicy everything bagel: everything bagel with crushed red pepper flakes)

Which included: turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle spear
My aunt ordered this one and also added cheddar cheese. She said, “The bagel tasted like an everything bagel with just a little kick!” She really enjoyed it and demolished the whole thing!

‘Cado Toast

This is an open-faced sandwich that consists of: avocado, over-easy eggs, pickled onions, deli dressing, sea salt, and crushed red pepper flakes!

DELICIOUS! That is all I honestly need to say! This was so good, I can’t explain it. The combination of flavors was chef’s kiss!
