Little Brick Coffee: I Gotta Say I Loved It A Latte!

As cringy as that sounded hahahaha, I did enjoy my time at this cute little coffee shop in what felt like the middle of nowhere.

I was fortunate enough to have gotten treated, but the prices were not too bad, surprisingly, for a coffee, because nowadays everything costs an arm, a leg, and maybe an eyeball or two just for the “luxury” of a pick-me-upโ€ฆ.

I don’t know why, but I love when places give off a cozy cottage vibe. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Maybe it was because everyone was leaving as we pulled in that made it not feel as small inside. I loved that even a local shop like this understands sometimes you don’t have time to stop in, and has the perk of having a “drive-thru” window!

Lemon Meringue Matcha Latte (with oatmilk)
This was an: Unsweetened matcha latte with housemade lemon meringue syrup

I won’t lie, I was a little nervous with this one. I love both lemon and matcha things, BUT TOGETHER? It wasn’t as lemony as I thought; it surprisingly paired nicely with the matcha. To me, it tasted like a lemon square with an aftertaste of matcha. If you know, you know, hahahaha. My aunt even said it tasted like a pastry to her!

Blueberry Cobbler Latte
This one had: Blueberry & white chocolate latte, topped with brown sugar and cinnamon cobbler cold foam and graham crackers.

I am not a big coffee drinker, but this tasted really good! My aunt ordered this one, and I found it wasn’t too sweet! The cashier said they do have a blueberry cobbler matcha, so I will have to get that one next time. Warning: she did say that one was on the sweeter side!

This was a quick but nice stop that we both enjoyed! We may have only gotten drinks, but the pastries were definitely calling my name! Until next time, my sweets, because there will be a next time for sure! Stop by Little Brick Coffee, and let us know what you tried!
