Ministry of Brewing: Holy Presence and Almighty Flavors!

Oh my lanta! Ministry of Brewing is STUNNING, SO STUNNING! I mean, talk about standing in the glow of glory, plus eating delicious food. Right place, right time,Β  the Mercenary Chef just happened to pop up while my uncle was there, and he was so lucky to have experienced it!

Nothing like quality food for minimal prices! It looked so good, and I wish I was there to try it! I love that you could get all the sub options as rice bowls, so you still can have the flavors you crave, but with a lighter carb, in my opinion!

As I already said, STUNNING! The interior was jaw-dropping gorgeous, and you got to have the chef cook right in front of you! You get all the beauty and the delicious smells all at once! These pictures do not do the church justice!

Rice Bowl (with shrimp and mushrooms)

The Mercenary Chef is known for his massive variety of steak and cheese creations, but my uncle opted for this! The rice was super flavorful, the shrimp perfectly cooked, and the sauce pulled everything together beautifully.

Beer
This was the perfect pair! I am not a big beer drinker, but my uncle said it was a great beer and great company, so overall a great time!
