- When food truck owners register an account on EPFoodies, we collect: name, email address, truck name, cuisine type, primary town, phone number, Instagram handle, and a short business description.

Food truck owner listings are public by design — the truck name, cuisine, town, phone, Instagram, description, and submitted weekly schedule appear publicly on the Site. Owners can update or request removal of this information at any time by contacting us.
Data Retention
- Newsletter subscribers: we retain your email until you unsubscribe, plus a short period afterward for record-keeping.
- Food truck owner accounts: we retain account information as long as the account is active, or until you request deletion.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics’ default retention period.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time (every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link)
