1
Register Your Truck
Getting listed takes about 2 minutes. You’ll need your truck name, primary town, cuisine type, phone, and Instagram handle (optional).
2
Fill out the form. Pick your Cuisine Type from the dropdown. If your truck serves multiple cuisines (like hot dogs AND sandwiches), pick a Secondary Cuisine too.
3
Submit. You’ll get an email confirming your registration is pending review.
4
Within 24 hours (usually much faster), Moises approves your account and you’ll get a welcome email with a link to your owner dashboard.
💡 Tip: The more complete your registration, the more likely customers will find you. A solid description, a clear cuisine, and your Instagram handle all help.

Submit Your First Weekly Schedule
Your schedule is how customers know where to find you this week. Submit it once, and it appears automatically on the schedule page, your profile page, and in Monday’s newsletter.
2
At the top, you’ll see week tabs. Click the week you’re scheduling for (usually “Next Week”).
3
For each day you’ll be out, fill in:
- Venue nickname (optional): “Gabes Parking” or “Downtown Lot”
- Full address (strongly recommended): Start typing — Google will suggest real addresses
- Start / End hours: When you’ll open and close
4
Leave days blank that you won’t be serving.
5
Add any weekly specials in the specials box (optional, shown on your profile + in newsletter).
6
Click Submit Schedule. You’ll get a confirmation email within a minute, and your schedule goes live on the site instantly.
⚠️ Heads up: Please enter a real address, not just a venue nickname. Customers rely on Google Maps directions from your address — if you only put “Gabe’s lot”, they can’t navigate to you.
3
Multiple Locations In One Day
Serving lunch at one spot and dinner at another? No problem — you can add a second location for any day.
1
On the day you have two stops, fill in your first location and hours as normal.
2
Click the small “+ Add another slot” button below that day’s row.
3
A second location + hours appears. Fill it in and submit.
On the public schedule and your profile page, this shows up as two stops with a clear “+ ALSO” divider between them.
💡 Tip: This is perfect for lunch-to-dinner shifts, or festivals where you move between sides of a venue.
4
Copy Last Week’s Schedule
If your schedule doesn’t change much week to week, this saves you a ton of time.
1
On the dashboard, pick the week you’re scheduling.
2
Click the “Copy Last Week” button at the top.
3
All your locations, hours, and specials from your most recent submission get copied in.
4
Edit anything that’s changed (a closed day, a new venue), then submit.
💡 Tip: This pulls your most recent submission — even if you skipped a week. So if you last submitted 3 weeks ago, it’ll copy from that.
5
Your Public Profile Page & QR Code
Every approved truck gets a dedicated profile page at epfoodies.com/truck/your-slug/ — think of it as your free mini-website.
Your profile shows:
- Your truck name, cuisine, and town
- This week’s full schedule with all your locations
- Past weeks’ schedules (customers who missed you can see where you usually are)
- Your Instagram link, phone number, and description
- A downloadable QR code linking back to your profile
- Related trucks (same cuisine or town)
💡 Print your QR code. Stick it on your truck window or menu. When customers scan it, they land on your profile, see your schedule, and can bookmark you forever. It’s a free marketing funnel.
To find your QR code: go to your profile page, scroll to the “Share” section, and click the download link under the QR code.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Registration, weekly scheduling, your profile page, newsletter inclusion — all free. There are no fees and no plans to charge basic listings. We may add optional paid features in the future (like homepage featured placement), but the core stays free.
How often do I need to submit?
Ideally every week by Sunday night, so your schedule shows in Monday’s newsletter. You can submit later if you need to, but you’ll miss the weekly newsletter blast.
What if I don’t know my schedule a week out?
Submit what you do know. You can submit a partial week with just the days you’re confirmed. You can also resubmit — the latest submission overrides older ones for that week.
What if my plans change after I submit?
Log back in, go to the same week, adjust the day that changed, and submit again. Your new version replaces the old one immediately on the public site.
Do I have to include an address?
It’s strongly encouraged but not required. Addresses let customers navigate to you via Google Maps. A “venue nickname” alone (like “Gabe’s Lot”) isn’t enough for most people to find you.
I forgot my password.
Go to the
dashboard, click “Forgot password,” and you’ll get a reset email. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email Moises.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email moises@epfoodies.com and he’ll remove your truck from the directory, the schedule page, and all future newsletters within a day.
Who sees my phone number?
It’s public — it appears on your profile page so customers can call ahead. If you prefer not to share your personal cell, register a free Google Voice number or use your business line.
