NorthEnd Diner: One of Those “More To The Place Than Meets The Eye!”

NorthEnd Diner took me by surprise! What I mean by that is I really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere they’re creating for just being open recently! I can already tell this spot will be big, and I can’t wait to come back!

Price 💲💲💲 out of 5
For how things are priced nowadays, this diner was not expensive at all! We got three meals, plus an upcharge for a substitute (because of me, hahaha), for only $37, and that’s including taxes!

They have a good amount of options for you to choose from, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ambience 🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳 out of 5
Reminder, they’ve only been open for maybe a little over a month now, so give them grace! I know the outside isn’t much of a looker, but there is more to this spot than it may seem!

The inside is on the emptier side, yes, but what makes it so chic is their decor! I mean, did you see the multi-color wooden walls? I also like the pop of color and life the plants bring! And a diner isn’t a diner without booths, just watch out because they do move, so sit with care!

The ambience isn’t just created by decor but by the people who work there too! SHOUTOUT TO OUR WAITRESS KRISTY!!!! She was absolutely wonderful, very kind, on top of things, and patient with us while we decided, and she got photos and videos for the Foodies Channel, hahaha!

Florentine Benedict
Comes with: two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with spinach and feta cheese, topped with hollandaise sauce

This was my aunt’s meal. She liked it; her only wishes were that the home fries had more salt and pepper (though she said they were cooked to perfection) and that they added tomato to the Benedict, but that is just her personal preference!

A sliced breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon sits on a white plate on a wooden table.

Dutch Wrap (all wraps are served with home fries)
Made of: eggs, home fries, onion, and cheese

This one was mine! I did opt for a fruit cup instead of the side of home fries since there were already home fries in my wrap, which my two little cousins devoured, hahahaha!

Overall, the wrap was tasty! I felt it needed more seasoning, but when I added hot sauce, I crushed it within seconds! My personal preference would be for them to add avocado!

Mickey Mouse Chocolate Chip Pancake (added a side of fries)
Served with: bacon and one egg

This was my little cousin’s, but as you know, if it doesn’t have meat, I will 100% be trying it! It was your traditional chocolate chip pancake, nothing more. Yummy nevertheless, and the fries were also good! The perfect balance of crispy outside with a soft center!

Experience ⭐⭐⭐ out of 5
Good experience! I liked the breakfast, but I need to go back to try the lunch and/or dinner items! Have you been yet? If so, what do you recommend?!
